Spring has sprung! Except the northeast is preparing for another snow storm! Yeah, what?
We had kale smoothies for breakfast this morning. I'm officially a stay-at-home-mom in the NYC suburbs, so I'm currently running as 100% mom (and organizer because the house we moved into three days ago is an absolute mess!). I'm looking forward to all the changes, but mostly, I'm looking forward to getting our life in order here New Jersey. I knocked out our kitchen in one day because the kitchen is the most important part of the house, right? It's amazing what a dishwasher can do. I've never had a dishwasher before. I'm wondering what I am going to do with the extra hour of time each day with not having to hand wash dishes for a family of four. Eh, I'm sure I won't have a hard time finding things to fill up my time, right?
Harper's lunch here is in an EasyLunchboxes container. She has ham and swiss roll-up cut in quarters on Mission small flour tortilla held together by flower food picks. She also has a Wilson Produce Mighty Mini orange pepper. Have you tried these things? They are great and super easy for little hands to hold. She has pineapple and Wheat Thins with a Laughing Cow swiss cheese wedge. I just love putting little stickers on the Laughing Cow wrapper, and she loves it too!
